Directions

Step 1

In a bowl, combine butter, brown sugar, vanilla extract, banana puree and mix it with a whisk.

Step 2

In same bowl add all purpose flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon powder, ground nutmeg, ground allspice, water and mix it with a spatula lightly.

Step 3

In the same bowl add chopped dark chocolate and mix it with a spatula lightly.

Step 4

Cover it with a film and refrigerate it for 1 hour.

Step 5

Pour 1 scoop dough into the baking paper tray.

Step 6

Bake at 360ºF/160°C for 15 minutes for soft cookie and 20 minutes for hard cookies.

Step 7

Cool it for 30 minutes before serving.
